For decades, cruise lines have offered their passengers special programs to enrich their cruise experience. If you enjoy sharing your knowledge or skill with others in an entertaining way, this is the perfect opportunity for you and a guest to enjoy cruising at a small fraction of the cost that you would pay as passengers. The terms will vary by cruise line, position, cruise length, and past performance on other cruises. For example, during a 7 night cruise a lecturer usually delivers three to four one hour presentations during the “at sea-time,” of the voyage. This allows the lecturer and their guests to have free time to enjoy the various ports of call on the itinerary. On some port intensive cruises, enrichment programs may be requested in the late afternoon on port days or when the cruise ship has a late arrival or early departure.
During your low cost cruise, you and a guest will be able to experience all that the cruise has to offer. Including gourmet meals, daytime activities, fantastic evening entertainment and the opportunity to experience travel to beautiful ports of call. In the world of cruising, each cruise line has its own personality and the parameters and the amenities offered will vary.
Passenger turnouts for the Cruise Enrichment Programs can range in size from 20 to 500 passengers depending on the cruise ship passengers' interest and other onboard activities which may be scheduled at the same time as your program. If you fit into any of the above positions, we kindly invite you to please click on the “Apply with Sixth Star Tab” at the top of this page and complete the application form for Enrichment Staff, to take advantage of our inexpensive cruises and remember your guest is free!
